Hobbies
I've been playing tennis since 7th grade, and it remains my favorite physical activity. The sport has taught me discipline, focus, and the importance of continuous practice.
Playing guitar is my favorite way to relieve stress. You'll often find me jamming out to Coldplay, blissfully fingerpicking classical fingerstyle, or challenging myself with some (near-impossible) John Mayer riffs.
Web development is my creative outlet where I'm able to combine my love for art/design with problem solving. It's pretty straightforward and relaxing - there's nothing better than going to a coffee shop and working on an app for hours.
About Me
Hey! I'm Akshay, an EECS student at UC Berkeley who loves building things - whether its a custom PCB, a videogame, or a random app I thought of at 2AM. I get excited about turning random bursts of inspiration into real, working projects.
I'm interested in all things hardware, devices, programming, and AI. I've built up a solid mix of software and hardware skills through classes and a bunch of side projects (some successful, some… let's just say ✨ educational ✨).
What really drives me is using tech to solve real problems and make life better, or at least more interesting. I'm always down to learn something new, break things (on purpose), and build cool stuff that actually works (eventually). Hope you enjoy reading about my projects!
